» FAQ’s
Q: I just pasted a YouTube link to an old video containing one of my songs and I didn’t get a detection. How come?
A: The one downside to watermarking is that you can’t go back in time. Watermark detections are proven to be more accurate than fingerprinting detections so get your music watermarked immediately and get the new versions of your files into your clients’ hands!
Q: I want to download my entire catalog and deliver it to my clients on a drive. How do I do that?
A: Use the File Delivery tool built right into the Admin Panel on your site to deliver your entire watermarked catalog to anyone. If you’re attempting to use File Delivery in your Admin panel to download an extremely large catalog and are having trouble, please contact Jarrett Santarsiero and he can set you up with credentials to login and download your watermarked files using an FTP client such as FileZilla.

The Broadcast Monitoring Network: Once fully launched, our monitoring network will be detecting watermarks in 150+ channels nationwide. We’ve made great progress on the network and are already monitoring a select number of channels. Get your watermarked files distributed now to take advantage of this new low-cost, highly accurate broadcast performance monitoring network!
Automated Cue Sheets: We’re working on automated cue sheets based off of detections, schedule/programming data, promo/commercial data, and the corresponding metadata on your site that is associated to the detections in a broadcast. Stay tuned for more details as this gets closer to launch — it’s going to be huge advancement in cue sheets, a real time saver, and a more effective & accurate way to be sure your performances get reported.
That’s it for now…much more to share with you soon!
